According to Ayurveda, there are some food items which, if consumed together, have adverse effects on health. Moreover, instead of being beneficial, their consumption causes adverse harm to health. Let us tell you, what are those things which should never be eaten together.

One should avoid eating many food items together.

  1. Often, cooked food is prepared during festivals. In such a situation, along with vegetable and puri, things like vegetable, chutney, raita, kheer, halwa are made together. But always keep in mind that kheer, milk, cheese, melon and radish should not be consumed with curd.
  2. Consuming cold milk, cold water and honey in equal quantity with ghee can harm you. It is said in Ayurveda that ghee and honey should always be consumed in odd quantities. That means whenever you consume ghee and honey together, the quantity of both should be different. If there is more honey then ghee should be less and if there is more ghee then honey should be less, the quantity should not be equal. Consuming melon, radish, equal quantity of ghee, grapes, rain water and hot water along with honey can prove to be harmful.
  3. We all eat cucumber and cucumber in salad. But eating cucumber and cucumber together can cause harm to your body. Actually, according to Ayurveda, both of them are air factors.
  4. If you have eaten jackfruit vegetable then remember that you should not eat paan with it.
  5. Eat pulses, chickpeas, kidney beans, anything with rice, but remember that vinegar should not be consumed.
  6. Consuming jaggery along with radish can also be harmful. One should never eat milk with radish.
  7. Khichdi, sour foods, jackfruit and sattu should not be eaten with kheer.
  8. Peanuts, ghee, oil, melon, guava, cucumber, cucumber are very good and healthy things. But drinking cold water with these things can cause harm.
  9. One should not drink mint or cold water with watermelon.
  10. Whenever you sip tea, remember that you should not take cucumber, cold fruits or cold water with it.
